1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and suna11 ("suna11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the suna11 website located at https://suna11.com and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, and any promotional or bonus programme offered by suna11.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the suna11 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use suna11.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English text. These Terms apply to all players accessing suna11 from Bangladesh, and are subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which suna11 operates.

suna11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use suna11, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing suna11 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a professional player in a syndicate arrangement.
• You are not a current or former employee of suna11, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from suna11 or requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction at the time of registration, and you are using the platform for recreational purposes only.

suna11 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If satisfactory evidence of age cannot be provided within a reasonable period, suna11 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of suna11 complies with all laws applicable to them in their country or region of residence. suna11 accepts no liability for any player who uses the platform in breach of applicable local law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on suna11, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one account on suna11 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your suna11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. suna11 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised the activity. suna11 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 KYC Verification

suna11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. We may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. suna11 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on suna11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). suna11 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of suna11.

4.1 Deposits

suna11 supports the following deposit methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your suna11 account instantly. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process depending on your bank.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited and will trigger an investigation that may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Most mobile financial service (MFS) withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or other Bangladeshi banks are processed within one to four hours during banking hours.

suna11 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the player's account is under review for suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete verification. suna11 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

suna11 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Players must not use suna11 for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling. Depositing funds with no intention to place bets — for the purpose of withdrawing the funds as a means of money laundering — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

suna11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms will prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first BDT deposit on suna11 are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, you must have a verified account, make a qualifying deposit of at least ৳500, and opt in to the welcome bonus offer during the deposit process. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — including the welcome bonus and any reload or free spin bonuses — are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each offer. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the total value of the bonus amount thirty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

• Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wager value. Live casino table games, including roulette, blackjack, and baccarat, typically contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates for each game category are published in the offer terms.
• suna11 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.

5.3 Promotional Integrity

suna11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any player found to be exploiting promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus-hunting strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering with other players — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.

6 User Obligations & Conduct

As a registered player on suna11, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the generally accepted standards of fair and respectful conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on suna11:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in suna11's systems for financial gain. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of suna11.
• Using the platform to launder money, fund illegal activity, or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Providing false identity or payment information at any point during registration, KYC, or withdrawal processing.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communications with suna11 staff or other players via any channel.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account suspensions, or self-exclusion arrangements.

suna11 monitors all accounts and transactions for patterns consistent with the prohibited activities listed above. Where such patterns are detected, suna11 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close the relevant account, void any associated bets or winnings, and withhold funds pending investigation.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of suna11 complies with all tax obligations applicable to them under Bangladeshi law. suna11 does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liability arising from winnings.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the suna11 platform — including but not limited to the suna11 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the intellectual property of suna11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the suna11 platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from suna11 without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on suna11 content.
• Use suna11's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract content from suna11 for any commercial purpose.

All third-party game content available on suna11 — including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. suna11 has obtained the necessary licences to make this content available to players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your suna11 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering conditions apply.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by suna11

suna11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Detection of a duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Violation of the 18+ age restriction.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or exploits.
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of promotional terms.
• Any other conduct that suna11 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its operational integrity.

Where an account is closed by suna11 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that has not met the stated wagering requirements will be void. Real-money deposits may be returned at suna11's discretion, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

8.3 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and suna11, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek a resolution. suna11 is committed to responding to all player complaints within 72 hours. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached directly, you may escalate your complaint using the process described in the suna11 complaints procedure, details of which are available from our support team.
